On October 17, 2025, PixelVerseIT experienced a service outage caused by a large-scale AWS regional failure affecting core infrastructure in the us-east-1 region. This incident impacted compute, storage, and networking resources used by many platforms globally.

We have confirmed that this security issue has been resolved. However please contact our team if you experience any issues or degraded service.

We are currently investigating an issue causing elevated error rates with OTP (one-time password) and authentication emails.

Users are still able to log in using their credentials (email + password). However, flows that require authentication emails, such as OTP-based login, password resets, and other verification steps - may not work as expected. Normal application emails (for example, notifications or form submissions) are unaffected and continue to function correctly.
