Elevated Error Levels in OTP and Authentication Email Delivery

We are currently investigating an issue causing elevated error rates with OTP (one-time password) and authentication emails.
Users are still able to log in using their credentials (email + password). However, flows that require authentication emails, such as OTP-based login, password resets, and other verification steps - may not work as expected. Normal application emails (for example, notifications or form submissions) are unaffected and continue to function correctly.
