We are currently investigating an issue causing elevated error rates with OTP (one-time password) and authentication emails.

Users are still able to log in using their credentials (email + password). However, flows that require authentication emails, such as OTP-based login, password resets, and other verification steps - may not work as expected. Normal application emails (for example, notifications or form submissions) are unaffected and continue to function correctly.

We are continuing to investigate and monitor the situation. We will provide updates here as soon as more information becomes available.
